Brochure Response
Whether your approach to brochure distribution is pro-active or re-active Key has the capacity to meet your requirements. Either way you provide us with or instruct us to produce the printed material.
If a pro-active approach is required we will distribute to everyone on an approved mailing list. If a re-active approach is required e.g. in response to an advert, we will send out information on a personal basis and record the
enquirer's details on a database, for future reference.
Mail Order Processing
Key can provide a front-end response for both traditional mail order e.g. advert coupons or catalogue forms, as well as telephone, e-mail and Internet orders. We receive the order details and process these through a dedicated database application.
In its simplest form our service would involve us forwarding your order details and any payments
received, in an agreed timescale. However, it will be more efficient if we process credit card payments and pay-in cheques,
etc. direct to your bank account, on your behalf. Orders can then be relayed electronically, as they are received.
Product Fulfilment
This service takes the mail order process full circle. You provide us with your products either on demand or for us to stock in our distribution centre. As orders are received, they are processed in the same way as our mail order service. But, in addition, we will pick, pack and post the ordered item(s), on your
behalf, thereby allowing you to concentrate on production.
Our system offers complete audit ability and we can provide daily, weekly or monthly order / stock activity reports, as required.
