Book-keeping / Management Accounts
After an initial chat to find out how your business operates we would agree the level of service you require and our fee. Usually, you simply forward us all your supplier invoices together with details of any other expenditure and copy sales invoices on a weekly basis and we do the rest. At the end of each month you receive a list of payments to be made and management accounts showing your financial standing.
If you wish we can also provide a credit control and debt collection service. Initially, this would involve us contacting your customers to chase overdue payments. Then, if they resist payment and only with your prior agreement, we implement a strict debt recovery process. In the unlikely event it becomes necessary we also arrange the issue of court notices and / or instruct solicitors, on your behalf.
VAT Returns / Bank Reconciliation
As part of our book-keeping role we complete your quarterly VAT returns and undertake a monthly bank reconciliation to ensure everything ties up.
Self Assessment Tax Form Completion
If required, we can provide this additional service at the appropriate time.
Year End Reporting
Following your financial year end we can prepare all the necessary annual accounts and other information required. If you are an incorporated business (limited company) we can also prepare and submit the required statutory information to the Registrar of Companies. We can also submit your annual return and deal with any other regulatory matters.
Whether you have one employee or many employees, this service can relieve you of a major headache. After an initial discussion to determine the nature of your payroll we will design a simple form to collect the information we need to allow us to process it. Prior to any payroll run you complete this form and post, fax or e-mail it to us. We do the rest.
When we receive your completed form we enter the details into our computers. Depending on your requirements we then either:
forward you individual open payslips, which you make up and distribute in pay packets to your employees, or:
forward you individual giro payment forms which together with the total amount due you take to your bank for them to distribute electronically to your employees' bank accounts and printed security payslips for you to distribute to your employees.
New Employee / Employee Leaving
When new employees start you send us their P45 or other details, we amend your payroll form and advise your tax office. Upon employees leaving we produce their P45, advise your tax office and amend your payroll form.
Year End Routine
At the end of the tax year we produce the necessary P60/P14 forms, complete the year end return form P35 and forward them to you for distribution / signature and forwarding to your tax office.
