The Chartered Institute of Marketing in Scotland in conjunction with Highlands & Islands Enterprise presents Phil Atkinson. Phil specialises in strategic cultural and behavioural change. Originally an economist, he completed his MSc in Organisational Development, before he lectured as a faculty member at several business schools. For the last twenty years he has been engaged as a consultant (www.philipatkinsonconsulting.com) with a track record of successfully energizing blue chip companies in the UK, Europe and North America.
This event strongly focuses on the interpersonal skills and strategies we can employ to leverage our power to influence others. The skills are relevant in any context whether you are in marketing, sales, internal or external consulting, negotiation, bargaining, training, purchasing, team leading or change management and are of direct relevance to entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Highlands and Islands.
Time - 18:30 for 19:00 start
Presentation finishes at approximately 20:30
Wine and Canapes will be served afterwards, providing an opportunity for networking until approximately 21:15
