established AN Projects at the beginning of 2004 following several
years as an e-business and ICT adviser to clients of the Highlands
& Islands Enterprise network. AN Projects provides independent
e-business and ICT advisory services specifically to small businesses
and community groups. Alaistar’s
particular focus is on assisting these businesses and groups to assess
and adopt relevant technological solutions to enable them to operate
more efficiently, including the use of technology to support flexible
working practices.
Alaistar is experienced
in a variety of disciplines and currently operates as a consultant to
the Highlands & Islands Enterprise business transformation
programme.
Alaistar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Business
Consulting and a SFEDI accredited Business Adviser.
