Phil Olson has Postgraduate IT qualifications and has been involved with computers and system design for over 30 years. Phil started a technology company in 1987 which is now succeeded by Key Commercial Services where Phil is IT Manager. The main activities have been producing bespoke software, creating and supporting PROGRESS RDBMS systems and the application of IT efficiencies in back-office business service provision, which is now the main aim for KCS. Inevitably, IT hardware installation and support have been important elements in the services provided catering for new users and installation of complete networked systems.
